You never expect Bell Mobility's response to my complaint in BBB in that the phone records as are required by their company policy(it's at the the beginning of their automatic answering system) are not available(I used amplifier to conduct conversation in the presence of Global Witness). I just received their final billing statement via regular mail this noon. On Oct.11, 2011 at 11:55 I phoned Bell Canada to cancel my data stick plan in a conversation lasting 20 minutes and I agreed to pay $120 penalty.
