Update for Oct.3, 2014 blog

Regarding RBC incident on 9/30/14: after my complaint to OBSI I got their response dated on Oct. 5, 2014 on Sunday! @4:59pm from ombudsman@obsi.ca, to my surprise, I was told that RBC 03680 branch withdrew from OBSI monitoring. I wonder if federal agency OBSI gives up monitoring and
if this RBC branch de-links from it's headquarter and operates independently.

Added here is some supplement to the details happened that day: also to my surprise, Lisa-Ann claimed she was a temporary service personnel from another branch. The order number she generated for me is 15242829. By the way, there is no requirement for RBC service personnel to display name plate and service number but even Bank of China has such requirement.  If as "Puppet of Beijing" described by Kevin Steel, should follow this rule; if as guiding star(G-7 and NATO member bank) for non-democratic country, should do better.
