It seems game playing and game changing are engaged by a bank clerk called Lisa-Ann@ Surrey Central CityMall RBC Branch 03680. Supposing a receptionist at the door, she was asked if I can get some bank record on 9/30/14. I was told to queue. When it was my turn, she rushed over to the teller position to serve me and told me I need to wait several days if trying to get more than 7 years record(I got 10 years records on the spot @another branch on May 4, 2011 by just paying $10) . It turned out her position changed again--only delivering 7 years records!!! Chameleon in their bank?!!
