Special Supplement 3--Trivial Things

The procrastination of delivering my Sierra Club membership card seems like a trivial thing but involves my consumer rights. I even paid off my credit card debt incurred by their charge as of 5 more weeks ago. How many people can tolerate such service?

By the way, one thing I forgot to point out was after subscription of Bell Mobility's service I found some update of their firmware for data stick couldn't be installed at the end of July and I phoned their tech support(1-877-data-123). I was told to try on another computer but it turned out to be a failure too. So one week later I visited their field office BC735 where I opend my account for help. A Mr.Nabil Khan who signed contract with me managed to install their update but failed to complete it and asked me to handle the problem by myself. That's why I dislike their service.

The situation reminds me of Confucius who shares similitude with Shakespear:"To be in a state of inaction for things being good and trivial is not appreciated or not to be in a state of action on behalf of things being evil and trivial".
