The company(Portagadgets Canada) should be registered in Canada, but I found the e-mails I received from them were dated in the evening time, a sense of phshing tasted or meaning they won't recognize a Visa card issued by a Canadian financial agency. Yesterday I sent a fax to their US(N.America) center for inquiry but got no response.
The Swoopo Canada portal also no longer responds to my e-mail's request for refund , it's their server in the anomaly condition that caused me unable to buy the bids won by me, it's their responsibility to have the transaction accomplished when I went through confirmation procedure. Who are evading responsibility?
