Lam called Ann(not the same surgery nurse) communicated with me over the phone on 4/4/2016 @ 11:45 Pacific Time, to my surprise, she denied the fact that Dr. Lam would be in the Surrey's Lark Group office bldg. on 4/7/2016,;  later she phoned me on 4/11/2016 @  8:15am Pacific time but she disguised herself as not understanding the word "convey message" and also denied having claimed that Dr. Lam's letter to optometrist Dr. Ravinder Sarai would be universal. On 5/5/2016, I communicated with Dr. Lam's another clerk Hannah over the phone @ 2:45pm Pacific Time, and she told me Dr. Lam's  new referral letter would be available the next day and she could call me  but it turned out the word was not kept.
