Here is my clarification through my e-mail inquiry with a bank agent on July 25, 2020 @around 7:33pm Pacific time: There happened an understanding glitch one year ago when I was not quite familiar with the TFSA accounting about fund influx/outflux and you didn't let me be aware of this problem(influx and outflux of same mount in the same year can't be mutually offset) . Currently, more than one year later, I've just received a tax notice from CRA to inform me last year situation-- generally speaking, I should have been informed at the end of last year(no Covid-19 alarm) when I sent a fax inquiry to Surrey Tax Ctr. on Dec. 4, 2019 regarding my accumulated tax credit disappearance- so far, no response to my tax credit(5-digit money) inquiry but somehow this TFSA tax debit(3-digit money) notice arrived- something Jesus described: "Strain out a gnat, swallow a camel".
