here are strong allegations from HK, TW and China against the 1984/Orwellian society : big-brother control-freak's disabling you/condescending you/hijacking you as Pharisee(esp. Confucianism-type) /Pharaoh/Fahai-monk's kingdom, power and glory to overwrite Jesus Christ jurisdiction with AI-MOGS effecting upon people(hence under inducement/entrapment/ensnarement/encasement; even murdering citizen as was exposed in HK: a Mr. 曾xx as suspect):

It's my kind suggestion for developing a semi-automatic banking/investing app out of info security concern(there is even no digital token device available in Canada, which is widespread in the developing countries) that somehow trades in a recommendation from Ms. Winnie Chan to impose injunction for me to engage in mutual fund(cf. case # below) , to my surprise. I wonder if her passing grade of mutual fund license examination is superior to mine. Does she need a psychiatric assessment?

Something else I need to complain is that why Mr. Puneet Bhatia refused to answer a simple yes or no over the phone for a very basic daily banking rule but spent almost two months to respond regarding the HSBC case# HBCA-190205-=90214. What's more, for the case starting April(HBCA-190608-102321) . Besides, I don't understand the mysterious arrangement in HSBC system that my RM on April 7, 2019 transferred as Mr. Toby Lee but on June 4, 2019 shown as Mr. Bebic Kresimir and further on June 11, 2019 the Coquitlam branch manager informed me that Bebic had been out of position for 6 weeks, please refer to my e-mail on July 2, 2019 to Surrey branch and more e-mails to info@hsbc.ca and customer_relations@hsbc.ca plus a clarification letter to Ms. Lisa Seed( lisa_seed@hsbc.ca) . Enclosed please find my consent letter you asked for.

According to HSBC Canada Customer Relation 1-888-989-7422 rule, their call-back or e-mail response must be done the next business day- but since June 7, 2019 I’ve sent a number of voice mails and e-mails demanding my RM replacement which is imminent to that dept. and I has never been heard from Ms. Helen Mak. Later Coq. branch Manager Mr. Andrew Fraser was asked to phone me on June 11, 2019,, but he never mentioned how to do the RM replacement(cf. E-mails below); if the otherwise situation is obvious- the CAD should not have been stayed there(if 3% not confirmed) and should have been avoided loss of money(Mr. Toby Lee’s attitude and ability too disappointed and complaint filed in April/2019)
