The TD sequel to my 8/10/2018-8/29/2018 blog: the request for my TD statement through internal delivery as was suggested by Easyline(1-866-222--3456 with a supervisor Gus @Toronto on 8/28/2018 around 3:08pm Pacific time) can't be fulfilled according to the resolution(via Canada Post delivery to designated branch) instructed by Gus- when I arrived downtown tower branch it turned out to be a mere black and white copy-like sheet which was handed over to me by a backstage agent Irene who phoned(from 604-654-3665) me on Sept. 4/2018@ 11:01am and later@ 11:28am Pacific time to re-arrange my request for Toronto TD to send replacement hardcopy to the branch ordered at the reception desk 5 days earlier- what is unbelievable is the 1st call informed me the hardcopy was available but I mentioned bank logo and in the 2nd call she claimed no such bank paper with logo- only asking me to wait for two more weeks!
Another anomaly is the over-the-counter service on 12/29/2018 at the same venue-- agent Dev Gupta seemed to lose his mind to request my IDs again while a China-face lady popping up from the inside suite was prying into my two pieces of IDs which were placed by Mr. Gupta on the desktop of document container in the rear(around 1:15pm).
The trait having a penchant for my financial documents has already developed(repeatedly in my blogging). Beside last June & July statement plus a replacement, the latest interception of the 2018 year-end quarterly statement has been confirmed after I phoned 1-800-268-9269 on Feb. 11, 2019@around 3:15pm Pacific time(I was told that due to Canada Post strike some delay occurred but definitely it was sent out at the end of Jan. 2019). It must be alerted that the scammer first did harvesting or pharming of my fin. doc. and furthermore could do phishing for phools in a greater extent-- recently situation manifests as forging customer's signature by Canada Post mailman(cf. www.dailyhive.com/toronto/canada-post-non-delivery-video-alberta ).
