After my pointing out there is no such a series of non-applicability to dismiss my case from their automaton e-mail on May 15, 2017@5:17am, Samantha had to ask me to go through Customer Reviews; interesting enough, the Dr. L. S. Gandham Optometric Inc. behaved so untenable on May 25, 2017 that they feigned as not knowing me, but after I presented proofs they had to admit they used security to block their office-reconfirmed appointment, of which a front desk lady refused to tell me her name(only secret agent can conceal) when I visited their office on Apr. 7, 2017--again I fell into the hand of secret agent of foreign government and she even refused to provide a copy of mutual consent form including my health info(even unavailability of patient document can occur), hence, to protest their refusing to abide by basic business law and PHIA elicited her calling security to deter me to get O.D. service(optical index power adjustment for disabled eye status known to them previously)--wasting my time and energy--claiming I raised my voice(actually she is threaten by law)--but I even asked them why fearing to let me use sound analyser to measure sound level; BBB Vancouver Customer Reviews board seems got intimidated by such secret agent not to allow my review comment to be publicised.
