The deliberation from the analysis of BC College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPS) dated on Nov. 24, 2016 is not in a neutral stand for being elusive toward my complaint but prone to the defender.(c.f. picture below, click to amplify). As in the case of Dr. Idanwekhai, his documentation regarded as plea by CPS is tergiversation, as in my fax indicated in Aug. 29, 2016, the disruption was caused by his receiving a break-in call(I wonder why CPS Dr. Wilson paraphrases as "took a call"), he regards my protest "See you at CPS" as threatening situation--the defender's subterfuge is distortion of the truth as being opposite is the truth--a call to terminate my further treatment of eye condition, covering up what?? By the way, there are a couple of Chinese accent staffs in his office.
As in the case of Dr. Simon Lam, the CPS Dr. Wilson summarises as misunderstanding to downplay the matter and also selectively ignores a series of faxes I sent to Dr. Lam in April(c.f. my uploads picture in 9/25/2016 blog) later sent to CPS. Dr. Lam and his office staff are fluent in English; an experienced doctor whose letter was here packaged as being served as record--but I was told in the phone as referral letter, misunderstanding is subterfuge to avoid responsibility--only blockade of my further treatment in another country. Dr. Wilson fails to comment why even his associate Dr. Dhanda can be served as 2nd opinion doctor as was pleaded by Dr. Lam, who only gave me redundant record to optometrist.
Dr. Wilson also fails to analyse why the ER Dr. Steven A. Blythe avoided the nearest eye clinic and delayed my treatment for 24 hours--even in developing country there exist ER doctors who can do pneumatic pexy.
Buying off character can covet my life (c.f. Rev. Skip Heitzig in 2007"The Truth, the Whole Truth & Nothing but the Truth" and Rev. Charles Stanley in 2010"The courage to Stand by Your Convictions"). In 2005 the wanted instead was human rights abuser recorded by Swiss federal prosecutor(c.f. 2/14/2015 blog and 12/12/2005 incident), but the pre-emptive denigration and fabrication of the truth(even opposite is the truth to covet my raised-fund) can be rampant in the system described by George Orwell-- development can be like what has been mentioned in my previous blogs--the BBC drama case Sherlock(Season 1, Episode 2, 2010). By the way, Dr. Lam from UK seems too nice.
