I'd like to add some more notes on the commentary by Prof.Qin, Hui of Tsing(Qing)Hua Univ. about 18th/21st century civilization bottom line. In my opinion, the Keynes and Hayek schools and their derivatives have evolved into 21st century civilization standards, both of which are under capitalism canopy.
