The picture of petition through kneeling down of professors and staffs from Qingdao university in front of Qingdao city government square taken 10 days ago indicates the miserable status of intelligentsia in China(please check out: http://chinaaffairs.org/gb/detail.asp?id=128300 ). In a normal country such dispute and violation of rights can be resolved through lawsuit and court injunction--99% normal distribution in a bell curve. The symbolical significance of lawless things can be summarized as followings: A. mirror image of medieval dark age; B. rule of man is restive; C. humanity development index is 99% below standard--it's a bondage status in a authoritarian and totalitarian system; D. government inaction or government authorized crime described by prof.Sun, Li-ping in my last blog.

Due to the resurgence of bureaucratic capitalism I wonder if they try to inherit the orthodoxies of Chiang, Kai-shek's Nanjing central government and its policies according to Bloomberg. For the continuity of regime, I wonder how they can legalize it. Indeed the former Yugoslavia theorist Milovan Djilas, the author of ((New Class)), is visionary.
Currently the CCP(CPC)'s narration is"the orthodoxies of the second 30 years can't negate that of the first 30 years". I am quite puzzled facing "yesterday was right and today is wrong or today is right and yesterday was wrong". Between the lines it's some kind of warning that the red class(of 2nd 30 years) converted from black class(of 1st 30 years) can't gloat over their fortune described by Hong-yuan and He, Qing-lian mentioned above because the 1st 30 years' teaching was"every capillary of capital is full of dirty things".
