This affidavit is the sequel to that of 6/8/08. It's shocking to believe that such ridiculous thing can happen in our society--western civilization and democracy. Due to the bothering of my 911 call on 8/20/12 at 8:15pm, a Surrey RCMP came in and checked my interrupted Shaw digital signal which resumed when he arrived and my Shaw e-mail larceny problem without leaving any question. Considering my Shaw phone number's hijacking,I think digital signal's cutting off imposed a security risk to my residence(when each discarded number tries to enter the market, it must first be suspended for half a year, also see my 2/1/12 and 6/13/12 blogs and my August blogs).
So arrived the car 67(police-psychiatric team) with unthinkable approach the next day while I never called any police number. As an outspoken political dissident, I'm treated like my counterpart such as Ai, Wei-wei & Chen, Guang-cheng fighting against Communist regime. The "fait accompli" made by them is not the truth, which is under the guidance of a psychiatric nurse named Edward. They apprehended me in that afternoon without any charge and any certification by psychiatric doctor on the spot at my residence(Remember my 2/19/10 and 2/20/10 blogs? I've never expressed any audio hallucination things and my vision has disappeared in recent years), which caused severe violation of my human rights that is supposed to be superior to sovereignty. It's called "Guilty Until Proven Innocent". By the way, the NE mental health team was relocated after I presented my case to Vancouver Chapter of Scientology in 2007-2008, which means car 76 disregarded me after I was relocated to Surrey where I have a case No.: 07-914 that involved my ID theft at RCMP in 2007 . The disability program is a provincial-wide one. If they try to catch me, it's so easy. The TransUnion Case ID#: I383801 remains a fog land in which I'd never had a credit history before 2006 but it mysteriously appeared in the TransUnion report. The problem is the psychiatric team tries in every effort to set me up misleading the public to think my reporting to credit agency and police as delusion. In fact I have been detained for 15 days as if criminal detention at Surrey Memorial Hospital's PAU plus probation currently(forced injection of Risperidone that can incur severe side and adverse effects causing me to suffer from extinction). I also recalled an incident of massive killing of the innocent by a psychiatrist at Ft. Hood, Texas's US army base on Nov.5, 2009, I'm afraid I've contracted Stockholm Syndrome.
