The meaning of "I am who I am" is the bad things not applied to me are counted on my head, the good things--the donation to my account-- are deprived. I am taken advantaged of by some hypocrite out of ulterior motivation. On the other hand the economy has to depend on some fugitive and corrupted communist official's dirty exodus money somehow. Still the good, the bad and the ugly.
