Right now my parent can't obtain TRV

                           AFFIDAVIT



                                                     
In the year 1998, after experiencing vision problems and visit
to my family doctor(Dr. Asa Wong) I got to take psychiatric
drug as he thought I had a thought disorder. My vision problems
started after my political talk as an outspoken political
dissident at the conference in a Chinese restaurant Flamingo,
on Fraser St.The dissident named Wei, Jing Shen had a conference
there and there were lots of journalists and reporters.

In 1999 Dr. Wong put me on Loxapine, an SSRI drug. Then I met
Liya Liu, on Broadway by Commercial who became my case manager
and did some counselling. She moved to Northeast Mental Team and
I visited her there. Dr. Little,the psychiatrist prescribed me
Risperidone making psychiatric patient out of me in 2000. Dr.Wong
ignored my real problem-chronic abdominal pain and didn't do
further examination.

Because of negligence in 2000 the chronic condition broke out;
I had nausea,diarrhoea, vomiting, dehydration and severe
abdominal pain and went to the Burnaby General Hospital by
emergency ambulance three times. I had ruptured appendix. I
had peritonitis. I then went through surgery and I stayed in
hospital about 10 days. This was extremely painful trauma. I
had pains for a long time after that and I became very weak.

In November, 2000 expressing my disappointment with situation
during my visit to a psychiatrist I got diagnosed within less
that ½ hour with Schizophrenia without any kind of test, to
cover for unprofessionalism of making right diagnoses. After
that I got to try series of drugs in order to find out which
one can change my reality. Those drugs are Risperdal,
Olanzapine, Seroquine, and Loxapine which made me impotent,
have feeling of loss of self-esteem and suffering
from loneliness.

After one intrusion into my apartment in the year 2005 I
reported the incident to Vancouver Police(Dec.11) as my
car registration was stolen and my laptop was damaged, but
Police came with a psychiatric nurse. The next day I had to
visit psychiatrist and of course telling Dr.McLauchlin the
same story, she ordered the police to arrest me after which
they handcuffed me and transferred me to psychiatric
assessment unit in VGH. I was then immobilized on a bed for
8 hours without getting any drinks. During this second time
admission they should not keep me in the observation room
for several days–it’s dehumanization.

During this time I’ve refused to see psychiatrists and take
their drugs,as my real problem was not psychiatric illness, and
those psychiatric medications only worsened my health after
surgery. Mental Health sent two times police to my door to force
me to undergo their treatments telling me that not obeying their
orders would lead to intervention by the Police under the Mental
Health Act. I was given two times long-term Risperdal injections
which is very toxic and I do not consider toxins as a good
method to change ones mind.

After my own psychiatrist’s invention of my Level II disability
I have no hope of finding a job while being labelled as a severe
psychiatric patient.Nobody will hire me and I do not see the
future; my future is ruined.Before entanglement with the Mental
System I was a very happy person with no problems,attending
Douglas College to learn English and French(also a MBA candidate
at another university, a CEO hopeful). Today I live alone and do
not go to College because of financial restrictions.

I found this to be a very serious abuse and violation of my human
rights,this is medical malpractice; instead of curing my physical
problem I got labeled with schizophrenia and was forced on
dangerous psychiatric drugs and have today bad stomach pains
leading to appendix removal.

In April 2006 I found identity fraud in the provincial government
letter to me and later identity fraud in my credit report, but
Vancouver Police ignored my report and disagreed with me; I guess
only while I was diagnosed.Even my marital status from Vital
Statistic Agency is intercepted right now.My personal info is
manipulated by organized crime system. Last year my Vancity's
credit statement address was changed back to my previous address.
I reported to Recol.ca and no one investigates it.

In my VGH medical record something important got missing. I was
sent there by police in the morning about 11:00 am (12/12/05).
First Dr. Levin interviewed me with his medical student or intern
(an Indian lady) and he asked me question “What’s the
ramification of UFO”. I told him: “A beam of red light emanating
from the bottom of it”. In the afternoon, a mimic Dr. Levy
interviewed me again. Now Dr. Levin is off–the–record. It looks
like I was admitted in the afternoon.

During the period in the VGH, a psychiatrist named Boris once
asked me to participate in their new psychiatric drug test in
exchange for being discharged earlier,it's obvious at least they
used me as a guinea pig, making psychiatric ward a prison to
coerce political dissident.  What is more I reported home
invasion to police, the next day they treated me like a
criminal--conspiracy and cover-up loom large.

My parents wanted me to come back to China to see them while they
reached the final stage of their life and the Chinese Consulate
in Canada demanded me to see a psychiatrist to get a permit. This,
I consider another human rights violation having it’s root in
mental illness labelling.

I got no response on the complaint to the Ombudsman that I made
in 2001 when I lived in 4975 Rupert St., Vancouver, BC V5R 2J6.
Dr. Su(a Chinese speaking Mandarin) disregarded my symptoms.
There was CPS complaint File Nr.13071/CQ2001-0635 in which CPS
ignored ethic issue.She even refused to examine the vomited
sample I brought with in a plastic bag(Oct26-27,2000,late at
night,sending me home)and that’s equivalent of denial of fact,
violating Hippocratic Oath. According to Treaty of Geneva even
injured POW should be treated properly. That means ill–treatment
by Dr. Su or denial of treatment-causing my critical condition–
denial of my basic human rights. Now Ombudsman(Ms.Shirley Bond,
new case Nr.85007)told me their response was returned by Canada
Post (claiming I moved).In fact I lived there until 2006. It is
obvious conspiracy and cover-up involved.

Now I have found new evidence of negligence in my Burnaby
Hospital medical record in which two day’s signature was
missed in the Master Signature Sheet and no signature was
found in the fluid balance record by RN. At one night after
a nurse gave me an injection, I felt cardiac arrhythmia and
cold perspiration and that nurse once said in Mandarin:"we
did it". My initial symptoms seem like I got poisoned. Her
attitude also was bad. The missing signature indicates
evading behavior.

My psychiatrists were Dr. Siobhan McLauchlin in Northeast Mental
Health Team, also Dr.S.G.Little, Dr.K.Baranyi in Vancouver. I do
not consider government has to pour money into mental health and
Pharmaceutical companies for years and years as medical
professionals could do their job right at the first place.

Also in 2005 two policemen came to my home on behalf of
psychiatrist,they asked me if those psychiatric drugs were
effective for my vision problem, I told them:"it's like placebo,
only side and adverse effects prevail". I told them I didn't
want to waste Canada's health care resources, and according to
Oxford Companion to Bible, vision comes from spirit or angel,i.e.
belongs to spiritual realm. I also told them visions of UFO.
Today we know ET got mental wave transmission ability, super
electro-magnetic transmission, anti-matter,anti-gravity and
teleportation technique, linear and non-linear travel ability
or inter-dimensional shuttle prowess.

Those drugs and hospital incidents keep me very weak, like
accumulation effects lead to the fact that final straw crushed
camel.Under the condition of taking anti-oxidant(Super Anti-Ox),
sexual enhancer(Maca, Vigor Force and Ultimate Male Energy) I
still got DNA damage(reduced white blood cell), neural signal
switched off by toxic agent(impotent),that means acceleration of
aging process--GHRH and GnRH deficiency. The whole picture is
neuro-endocrine-immune system damage.
Even if my parent urged me to be married, under such kind of
situation,I can't love and be loved. I Can't find a job because
of being framed as schizophrenia. My life and my future are
ruined.Thus loss of happiness and self-esteem,loneliness
haunting-deprived of basic human rights--liberty, equality,
pursuit of happiness.The long scar in the abdomen caused by
neglect at Burnaby Hospital and by neglect of Dr.Asa Wong also
reminds me of nightmare(chronic abdominal pain aggravated by
neglect and perhaps poisoning--lack of evidence because Dr.Su
refused to examine my sample,it seems like cover-up of murder).
I'm suffering from mental distress.


In a word, It's identity fraud--conspiracy and cover-ups--murder--
attempted murder--medical malpractice--human rights abuse--damage
of my body and mind in my case.
