I phoned CIBC custom service yesterday, much to my astonishment, I was told that my US dollar account is still open, but it won't show up in my bank card.(the Brentwood branch told me last November that it was closed). So insidious!--without a trace.(No wire record left). I am used as an ATM machine. Who has the power to do so? Some China's bank criminal is here--intercepting custom's fund and such kind of behavior seems contagious. There is no legal procedure, no court approval to do so. It's not only an offend to me but also an insult to people who donated money to me--indicating illegal money. I try to tell them there is nothing new under the sun. Do they understand western democracy? I suggest them to read Dr.Samuel Huntington and Dr.David Gress's book.
